Daily Duties at E*Trade Financial:
Asked to move into a project role to be 100% dedicated to the new platform migration project and be the one to handle the first migrations personally. Work with the initial migration clients; guide them through the plan to a successful migration. Thoroughly test the conversion functionality of the new administration system and work with the Technology and Development teams perfect the process. Work closely with Technology and Development teams to troubleshoot issues found in the new application (e.g. reporting issues, other administrative functionality other than the conversion process). Develop Implementation documentation including, project plans, process documents, and procedure manuals for new administration system.
