Monitored and managed the footpath for the warehouse pick pack and ship operation maintaining Toyota Production System. Implemented new dedicated delivery service for high volume dealerships on post-holiday schedule. Reduced shipping cost to other Part Distribution Centers by $200,000 annually. Stratified data to reduce heavy weight shipments for a savings of $700,000 annually. Planned the new small parts department layout for more efficiency and flow and reduce pick time.
