Daily Duties at Lewis Operating Corp:
Direct management of Sunscape, a 172 apartment home community, to include maintenance, management staff and residents. implement policies, manage staff, develop strategies to support business plan and financial objectives. Coordinate with vendors, continuous adaptation of method based on market and pricing. Ensures customer service is within the value of the Lewis’ standard and creates a lifestyle with the resident’s satisfaction in mind. Maintain occupancy of Sunscape between 96-98.8%, above industry standards. Liaison with local businesses to cross market and advertise to promote business. Train consultants on customer service and Lewis policy in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and manage personal and sensitive information. Actively communicate and prospects and residents, in person, over the internet and on the phone.
