Daily Duties at Verizon:
Oversaw Raritan District FIOS validation number. Processed engineering work orders for 3-way match and resolved construction and engineering issues. Types of corrections required: Hub splitter and cable type and quantity. Cable, splitter, hub, and terminal counts. Tax district and field reporting code issues. Collaborated with multiple departments to manage validation of in-house holds for FIOS. Corrected IDDS errors ensuring residential & business customers would be validated for FIOS data and video.
