Daily Duties at Cuna Mutual Group:
Promoted to direct IT shared services responsibilities for Enterprise Architecture, Data Warehousing, Shared Applications, Testing & Application Development, and Support. Added responsibilities and promoted to Vice President for responsibilities that included IT functions for Finance, Human Resources, Supply Management, Legal and Compliance Business Systems support, with full $20 million direct budget responsibility.
Evaluated company’s needs and establish direction for IT standards/ methodology implementation. Recruited, trained, and coached IT leaders and application architects, supervising total team of 125 employees and 120-200 contractors; managed relationships with key IT vendors. Partnered with executive leadership on IT issues affecting Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Supply Management, interacting with senior management to address technology concerns. Work jointly with all insurance operations business units company-wide to manage business application use/reuse of enterprise data warehouse, enterprise content management and web properties.What they like about Cuna Mutual Group:
