Daily Duties at Itron:
Provide phone, web and onsite support of software and hardware for 2000+ customers in a fast paced, high volume call center. Create and provide custom crystal reports to customers when requested, Mentor junior team members in Kepner-Tregoe troubleshooting process as well as software and hardware troubleshooting.
