Daily Duties at Epoxy Technology:
Managing new business contacts and developing their relationships with our company
In charge of following up with all trade show leads
Responsible for technical service email box with 50 unique emails/week
Following up on all samples that were sent to customers
Continuously in contact with representatives around the world
Receiving 25+ phone calls a day and making technical sales recommendations
Extensive use of email, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.com, our customer database
