Daily Duties at R 3 Energy, Llc:

Being involved in our local economic development I was able to contact this company and get them to locate their production facility here in our small community. As I became familiar with them they offered me a position as Construction Facilitator and once the plant was built my position was General Manager of Operations. My duties involved all daily plant operations as well as hire my management and production staff. I also was responsible for all communications to our Board of Directors. Other responsiblities included marketing of our product, inventory controls and scheduling.
