Daily Duties at Proxima Technology:

Lead trainer of BMC Patrol and PSL Tasks included: • Maintaining working condition of the lab environment (Windows and Solaris systems) • Training of BMC Patrol Developer and Operator courses • Training of BMC Patrol PSL beginning and advanced courses • Creating/correcting new training materials • Stand-in trainer for BMC Software UK as needed Developer/Support Tasks included: • Development of new KMs for BMC Patrol • Upgrading existing KMs for new features • Investigating and correcting programming errors in house and on-site • Upgrading documentation.
