• Reduce the cost of Town operations by providing in-house engineering services; • Assist the Mayor, Town Departments, commissions and boards to solve current and long-standing problems; • Prepare plans, specifications and cost estimates for construction projects; review subdivision and site plans; prepare cost assessments for new water systems; present proposals and status updates to boards and commissions. • Projects include bridge replacement, road reconstruction, office renovation, demolition, drainage improvements, water system as-built and assessments, high school re-roofing, building condition assessment, and pavement management.
