Daily Duties at Unisys Corp :

• Assisted the Vice President of Organizational Capability by relieving him of administrative responsibilities. • Coordinated travel and daily calendars, department meetings and team events. • Coordinated travel arrangements, department meetings and team events as well as performing administrative tasks such as maintaining daily calendars, processing email, expense reports, service requests and ordering of office supplies. • Provided support to the accounting, recruiting, marketing/sales and customer service departments. • Compiled reports for Management/Divisional review (daily, weekly, monthly and annually). • Maintained Outlook Calendars and coordinated heavy travel throughout the US for sales meetings and trade shows. • Responsible for arranging conference calls and teleconferencing, maintain confidential files. • Interacted with all levels of senior management and a diverse office staff. • Updated and distributed sales reports, marketing sales packets, and company newsletters. • Coordinated print advertising revenue, distribution checks and updating monthly reports. • Coordinated sales commission activities (reports and check disbursements). • Planned and coordinated corporate and department team building, sales and vendor events. • Responsible for the budget and forecasting of Other Expenses for the department. Maintained, organized and archived all departmental files. • Assisted in the preparation and processing of all paperwork (loan, escrow and banking agreements) relative to department operations as required. • Prepared and submitted expense reports, labor utilization reports and various financial documents that include month-end closing, profit and loss statements for various locations and created Excel files linking the financial reports from various locations into one consolidated report. • Created corporate correspondence and memos. Required to maintain a personal and business calendar. • Worked independently and as coordinator on team projects. • Facilitated all communication and paperwork between the division and land funds to ensure timely funding. • Assisted with the coordination & setup of meetings and luncheons. • Organized and maintained a comprehensive electronic and hardcopy filing system of a large volume of documents related to the department.. • Collected and collated data from several departments, and prepared various reports such as the monthly Business Review, and Bi-Weekly Status Report. • Prepared PowerPoint presentations for a variety of clients and venues. Managed calendar, travel arrangements and schedules. • Created and managed expenses and Ordered office supplies for the team. • Attended staff meetings and managed upcoming events
