Daily Duties at Tyson Fresh Meats:
Manage 18 Trainers on the production line Time and Attendance cards Manage the knife room and the Management Support team members. Manage the Orientation team members who teach the new hires of the policies, rules and regulations for the facility. I keep control of the supply budget for my areas. I train 1800 team members on their annual /mandatory policies Part time Safety Manager when other Manager is on LOA for the Military
