Daily Duties at United Parcel Service:
Responsible for the Tacoma Center operation controlling costs, performance, service, automotive, industrial engineering with 12 supervisors and 150 employees during the peak season. Training, coaching, instructing, reviewing, accountability, inspiration, conducting commitment and planning meetings. Conducting problem solving meetings with supervisors along with focus meetings with employees. Aclimate airline mechanics and pilots in the UPS business management strategies.
