Directed a 36 person embedded Interface group, comprised of software engineers and managers. Worked with cross-functional groups to define and delivery of all Router interface cards. Established a close working partnership with customer's and product marketing to aggressively offer all next generation interface cards. Development of and adoption to, a product life-cycle process called Integrate Product Development, that formalized all product requirements, achieved a unified product FCS timeline, ROI and life-cycle process. needed in such a fast paced edge and core Router market segments. Was part of the Juniper Networks ISO 9000 integration team to receive qualification for ISO 9000 certification.
