Directed manufacturing engineering operations in support of sheet metal and machined parts, PCB fabrication, through hole and surface mount assembly, black box assembly, chassis wiring and test,production planning, prototype assembly, and wire cable and harness; for a division that produced annual sales of over $350M. Prepared bids, manufacturing instructions, and ISO 9001 documentation.Instrumental in adopting and successful use of SPC and total quality management (TQM) principles.
