Daily Duties at American Ready Mix/Regional Properties:
Responsible for 4 cement facilities, and one large mine for rock. Negotiated a joint venture for $15,000,000 on 800 acres of property fro industrial and commercial development. Managed 275 multi family units, 15 industrial properties and 26 retail properties for the company. Responsible for all acquisitions and sales of real property (25-50 a year). Responsible for all regulatory filings, legal issues of comapnies, permitting of properties and construction supervision on internal jobs.
