Daily Duties at Dfw Test:

Provided leadership for personnel within electronic interface equipment manufacturing, machine shop, quality assurance, production planning, shipping/receiving,scheduling, purchasing, sales, customer service, and facilities. Established just-in-time (JIT)customer supplier elationships. Developed the master scheduling system. Qualified vendors andnegotiated purchasing contracts. Authored the quality manual and conducted quality training.Managed budgets and capital equipment acquisitions. Instituted Statistical Process Control (SPC). Lead Total Quality Management (TQM) efforts that included Six Sigma.
