Daily Duties at Public High School:
Faculty, Staff, Student, Facility, Grounds school management and leadership Over the last 15 plus years I have served as an Assistant Principal in two large regional schools. Leadership accomplishments have included, coordination for closing and moving all faculty and staff contents from our old high school to our new high school, coordination for moving all school furniture from our old high school to our new high school, designed locker assignment configuration, designed plan for distribution and assignment of all locker master locks, designed and implemented plan for distribution and storage of all school keys, test site coordination for US Department of Education Longitudinal Study, STAR Testing, and MCAS testing. Additionally, I have assumed leadership responsibilities for school wide student orientation and recruitment. Further, I serve in a leadership capacity on the school wide crisis management team, teacher orientation team, and student recognition team. I am responsible for building security. Annually, I serve, with other administrators, conducting teacher evaluation and supervision. I also serve on a district evaluation committee dedicated to reform. Annually, I coordinate a bus driver thank-you breakfast, saluting 60 plus drivers and three bus carriers for their great service to our school. I have assisted in revising our Faculty Reference Manual and Student Parent Handbook.
