• Directed a corporate staff of 15 associates while simultaneously managing multiple remote teams of tenant coordinators and contractors while collaborating with multiple company departments daily (accounting, facilities, leasing, legal, mall management, and partners). • Achieving project completions both on schedule and within budget under intense and aggressive business environments. Orchestrated all tenant design and construction for the company’s portfolio of 13 existing enclosed malls and all new mall construction. Directed and administered 8 existing mall expansion and renovation projects from planning through the completion stage.
