Daily Duties at Talbots:
• Responsible for the company’s portfolio of over 1100 stores and J Jill’s 300 stores encompassing the management of all new construction ( 85-100 stores yearly), remodels (125-180), special projects and store closings. Managed five to eight regional construction project managers along with seven OFI (Procurement and Management of Owner Furnished Items) home office associates. • Manage the OFI vendor selection, bidding process, quality control, purchasing, inventory and distribution of $27 - $39 million of material on a yearly basis for the companies’ new stores, renovations, maintenance issues, insurance/emergency issues, re-carpet programs, and special projects.
