Consulting / Management: 1994-1999 • Jump-started internal processes and systems stagnant for 20 years at NSP (now Excel). Streamlined processes and systems into efficient planned systems saving money and eliminating extensive overtime previously required. • Recognized by President for outstanding Performance for Banta completing a 6-month project within 3, and shortening the critical path by the same.
