Daily Duties at Mosaic Sales Solutions:

Seven Direct Reports: CFO, CMO, General Counsel, EVP HR. Sr. VP IT, VP Operations, VP Sales. Acquisition of USA Sports Marketing created opportunity for me to relocate to Dallas. Asked by Chairman to facilitate the merging of the two companies efficiently and seamlessly, as well as nurturing established pre acquisition customers. ►Identify duplicate efforts and assets and realign to maximize profitability. Work closely with new Senior Executives to merge similar disciplines, IT interface to include reporting & communications, continued operational functions, brand management and relocation of St. Louis assets. ►Spearhead effort to grow over-all corporate sales to $1B. Focus on core business growth to 70% of total corporate sales. Less emphasis on seasonal projects and sought opportunities for year round initiatives. Achieved 20% new revenue development ►Established warehousing of company and customer POS materials with “virtual warehouse” design, thus allowing account managers to inventory levels and shipping. Nearly $10MM in total POS assets previously under utilized. ►New Business sectors in retail services, CPG services, creation of new R&D division. ►Reduction in U.S. market operating expenses by 13% with revenue growth of 9.3%. Improved EBITDA by 97 basis points. ►Tactician behind legal challenge bringing rapid settlement of multi million dollar dispute. Identified possible acquisition of competitors and lead team through the A&M.
