Daily Duties at Ge Corporate Payment Services:
Senior Implementation Manager •Successfully manage the implementation of new client programs within GE. Including Travel and Entertainment, Procurement Card programs, Fleet and Payroll programs. •In-depth knowledge of all computer systems to ensure flawless transition of card program to client’s financial system. •Initiate and lead meetings with all entities within GE to ensure successful implementation of new client programs. •Knowledge of MasterCard regulations and compliance regulations. Six Sigma quality trained to ensure the highest quality and standards are met when implementing new card programs. •Initiate and drive all communications with Clients to ensure card program meets client’s needs. •Drive automation of processes to reduce headcount and manual processes. •Manage all implementation timeframes for team and department, striving to reduce cycle time and increase productivity. •Develop customer specific implementation and integration plans for strategic accounts. Report on all client deliverables. •Serve as a consultant to sales personnel, national account managers, and other departments throughout the business, helping to solve clients concerns and expand market volume. •Lead Implementation involvement and testing in new products and business initiatives. Exception Processing Manager •Successfully manage two teams; each team consisting of multiple functions. •Accountable for the performance of 20 representatives including an Assistant Manager. Effectively develop and motivate team members. As many have taken on leadership roles. •Reconstructed monthly productivity and quality standards for all associates. Encouraging team members to attain monthly performance goals. Coached & evaluated all employees on a monthly basis. •Implemented automated solutions that allowed me to manage through attrition without replacing head count. •Setup productivity metrics and quality standards around all processes of the team (GE six sigma). Developed tracking mechanisms to track processing timeliness. •Lead cross-functional teams to achieve several quality initiatives throughout the business. •Established and manage relationships with several external vendors. *Managed to and maintained a monthly departmental budget.
