Exception Processing Manager •Successfully manage two teams; each team consisting of multiple functions. •Accountable for the performance of 20 representatives including an Assistant Manager. Effectively develop and motivate team members. As many have taken on leadership roles. •Reconstructed monthly productivity and quality standards for all associates. Encouraging team members to attain monthly performance goals. Coached & evaluated all employees on a monthly basis. •Implemented automated solutions that allowed me to manage through attrition without replacing head count. •Setup productivity metrics and quality standards around all processes of the team (GE six sigma).
