Daily Duties at American Express:
•Manages real-time issues and other floor management metrics. •Manages a team of exempt Business Analyst. •Participate in network decision making and manage relationships across all network sites. •Participate in strategic decision making, utilizing correlations between new initiatives and existing business as usual processes. •Provide detail analysis of business trends and purpose and implement solutions to improve service level results and increase share holder value. •Participate in ongoing phone network capacity planning via conference calls, network site meeting, and frequent coordination with network and building relationships with peer contacts to all sites. •Ensure department attainment of Productivity: AHT and Availability goals by identifying issues/trends and notifying management accordingly to encourage swift action is taken to achieve goals. •Highly developed analytical skills relating to the interpretation of performance indicator trends, capacity planning and ability to define and lead implementation of strategies to improve service level. •Strong interpersonal effectiveness and team work skills in a stressful environment to empower influence and reach resolution with direct reports, colleagues and senior management. •Through knowledge of forecasting and scheduling techniques for the Telephone Service Center and other clients. Provide innovative solutions to scheduling issues. •Ability to drive results against all inbound telephone performance indicators.
