Daily Duties at Banctek:

Managed a 5 man team providing complete desktop and printer support to a major defense contractor. Ensutrd that inventory was matained to suport a 4 hour RTS. Completed all workorder tracking information, Assigned all work orders to approiate staff. Reported to management weekly the current status of all systems.
