Daily Duties at Axcelis Technologies Inc:
Drove initiatives in production of implanters in a Modular Cell Manufacturing environment. Developed DCP and material flow for assigned areas. Introduced Lean processes into Cells and was liaison between Operations/Manufacturing and Engineering departments on new product development initiatives. Key Achievements: * Drove IT department to develop a custom report in CHESS/Glovia downloading multi-level BOM on any machine type for planning purposes. * Promoted to lead Planning Group of seven after three years and served as Operations Lead in relocating plant operations from Austin, TX, to Beverly.
