Daily Duties at Axcelis Technologies Inc:
Supervised 35 employees over two shifts in the Implant Division, including hiring, training, evaluating, and mentoring. Prepared team for first successful lean production of targeted subassemblies. Created unique inventory location in system and released work orders utilizing Kanban technique. Key Achievements: * Built training plans and certification of skills for manufacture of critical components and modules. * Helped develop facilities needed to continue module testing and increase 5S and lean processes.
