Maintained records on step-by-step process and results, employee training and safety, quality issues, and workmanship. Directed relocation of all operations from Peabody, MA, plant to Beverly. Key Achievements: * Produced RTP machines in most efficient, cost-effective manner while maintaining quality and schedule. * Collected labor data and developed metrics for continuous improvement of cycle times. * Drove efforts to reduce labor hours and cycle time on new product by 30% over two years. * Received award for efforts to transition operations from one plant to another and train group in protocols.
