Daily Duties at Olympus America:
●Created and hired for Operations Analysis Technical Support Group. ●In addition with the analytical and technical support, the group provides training for the ERP system and our SQL based reporting tools, many aspects of inventory control and Database Administration. •Manage department of 5 consisting of Report Specialists, Operations Analyst, and Inventory Analyst Specialist; ensure work is performed timely and accurately, provide direction, training, and guidance; and complete annual performance reviews which includes setting annual goals and objectives. •Test mainframe software ensuring business requirements are met by anticipating and planning for changes in work processes. Evaluate results of tests and make appropriate recommendations. Test completed systems ensuring reliability. ●Implement and develop enhancements for all aspects of operational processes and procedures which includes adjustments to standards, activity rules, and ERP functionality. ●Manage and develop report/report arrays along with setting all reporting standards. •Chief Data Administrator for the entire division’s Standard Operational Procedures. Set submission standards, developed shared access archives, along with review and edit for final documents.
