Daily Duties at Dow Jones Markets:
Managed te Administration of all legal documents between Dow Jones Marketes and the Subscribers in the US region. Managed the adherence of all legal policies set forth by the Legal Department. Coordinated internal & external audits of CBOT, NYSE, AMEX, COMEX,CEC & CEG exchanges. Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual reports on contractual & non-contractual systems. Managed the financial process for the entire Operations organization. Extensive interface with V.Presidents, Regional Directors, Managers, Corporate Accounting Associates. Prepared and analyzed financial reports for monthly business review. Maintained the renewal of hardware and software agreements. Served as a liasion with teh accounting, account payable and purchasing departments.
