Axtel’s main client is Nestle India, Nestle Srilanka, Nestle Russia, Nestle Bangladesh, Nestle Columbia, Nestle Switzerland, Cadbury India Ltd., Laxmi Food Industry, Natco Pharma, Glaxo Smith Kline, Amul & Synthite Industrial & Chemical Ltd. AXTEL’s Collaboration with WENGER Manufacturing Co. (USA) & ANUTEC Powder Processing (Switzerland). AXTEL’s main product is IBC, Big Silo, Horizontal Trough Mixer, Vertical Mixer, Twin Shaft Mixer, Nibbler, Sterilizer, Rotary Air Lock Valve, Screw Conveyor, Reverse Jet Filter, Cyclone, Universal Mill, Hammer Mill, Rotary Sifter, Gyratory Sifter, Vibratory Sifter, Heat Exchanger, Oil Heater, After Cooler, Bulk Loader, Secondary Filter, Dryer, Munch Cutting M/C etc.  Design & Development Activities:  Dealing with entire projects execution, as a Team leader of Design Department, like allotting work distribution to all design people & completed in fixed time frame.  Checking of Installation, G.A & detail drawings of Food Processing Equipments & plant. Also well familiar with Schematic, Layout, Structural Layout, P&I Diagram & Piping Diagram.  Design & Calculation of various food processing equipments like Silo, Horizontal Trough Mixer, Vertical Mixer, Screw Conveyor, Universal Mill, Heat Exchanger, Sterilizer, Rotary piston Blower etc. & Food processing plants for NESTLE All over World.  Calculation for motor power, Agitator, Shaft, Bearing, Belt & Pulley etc. for above equipments. Structure calculation (Analysis in Stadd-Pro) for Entire plant, Vacuum, Pressure & Heat Exchanger Calculation as per ASME Section VIII.  Dealing with selection of Geared Motor, Gear Box, Bearing, Pulley, Belt, Actuators, All type of Pneumatic Valve, Compressed air purging seal, Load Cell etc.  Preparation of technical data sheet for the subject machine, preparation of procurement list of materials (Raw material, all major Bought out items etc.) for above mentioned M/C. Well familiar with all relevant standards for designing such as IS, DIN, ISO, BS, etc. Also well familiar with all relevant material codes.  Checking Purchase Requisition, Bill of Material & Approving item code for purchase in ERP packages like Oracle 11i.
