Organized and implemented membership and fundraising activities. Developed relationships within the community power structure to advance the interests of the Scouting movement. Recruited volunteer leaders from within Scouting and the community. Provided support and direction to Scouting volunteer efforts. Provided leadership and guidance to volunteer leaders. Organized and administered major Scouting activities within my district.
