Daily Duties at Pacific Creditors Association:
Managed dispute account portfolio. Assured compliance with FDCPA guidelines. Responded to incoming complaints from debtors and Better Business Bureau. Trained collectors, clerical staff, and sales personnel on use of systems (phone, computer, network, and filing). Responsible for daily operations of office systems (phones, servers, workstations). Client liaison for major clients. Was often referred to as a “lifesaver” by client executives.
