- Collaborated with company executives, sponsors, and vendors to identify and analyze consumer trends, demographics and competitive strength to define opportunities and develop market strategy for the Dove® Campaign for Real Beauty; ultimately impacted 3.9M consumers, representing a 3-to-1 payback in sales revenue. - Successfully created 25 – 40 one-day through week-long engagements annually for the past two consecutive years for various clients throughout the pharma marketing industry. - Attained a 98% positive feedback for all events, spent under budget by $100,000+ collectively for FY- 07 & FY-08. - Developed and successfully managed 200+ project budgets of up to $5M; created a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet- to reflect dashboard view of funds’ status as allocated for each project. - Solicited >10,000 consumers for Abbott’s “I Stand with Magic” HIV/AIDS community awareness program. - Produced savings in excess of an estimated $800K for clients via significant relationships with industry vendors with the U.S., Canada and Europe. - Distributed extraordinary performance rewards for 1800+ employees via destination incentive programs. - Increased physician awareness and knowledge, through the utilization of health expos, international congresses, advisory boards, trade shows, etc., of 17 therapeutic areas, to include, infectious diseases, allergies, HIV/AIDS, and Parkinson’s disease.
