Managed 10,000 square foot office facility and administration staff for Philadelphia based advertising agency. General responsibilities included: administration of Human Resource services by sourcing candidates, facilitating on boarding and termination processes and outsourcing of Legal and Information Technology services. Administration of Shortel IP telephone system and security system; oversee internship program and corporate event planning.
