Daily Duties at Agilent Technologies/Hewlett Packard:

Responsible for the retention of current business as well as winning new business from current/new customers. Highly successful at selling “intangibles” using Value Based selling techniques. Diligent in maintaining customer equipment databases and tracking new equipment sales from purchase to warranty expiration and converting this business to customer funded maintenance support contracts. Maintain excellent relations with internal and external business partners. Act as a liaison for the customer in dealing with the support delivery organization to ensure minimal interruption to production time. Visit customers face to face when necessary to maintain and build customer loyalty, to perform customer needs assessments, ensuring they will receive the service level required to meet their business objectives.
