Inspired and led a collaborative sales team that formulated and executed product specific strategies to drive sales growth and market share in the key academic medical centers, regional and community hospitals, comprehensive cancer centers, and community based hematology - oncology practices. Frequently conducted in-field representative assessments, mentoring and coaching in areas of account management, strategic analysis, reimbursement, selling skills, disease states, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
