Responsible for the total operation of the restaurant. Supervised a crew of 30 employees on a shift-by-shift basis as well as provided leadership for an entire crew of 70 employees. Maintained profitability by keeping all costs within budget, established excellent vendor relationships, supervised food purchasing and production par levels, managed sales growth and provided superior guest relations, wrote weekly schedules for all employees, participated in the training and development of employees, interviewed and hired new employees, conducted new hire orientations, processed daily sales receipts and accounts payable with customized software, performed daily risk management inspections to ensure that the restaurant operates within all laws and ordinances, and maintained the company’s high quality standards.
