Maintained profitability by keeping all costs within budget, established excellent vendor and community relationships, supervised food purchasing and production par levels, managed sales growth and provided superior guest relations, wrote weekly schedules for all employees, participated in the training and development of employees, interviewed and hired new employees, conducted new hire orientations, processed daily sales receipts and accounts payable with customized software, performed daily risk management inspections to ensure that the restaurant operates within all laws and ordinances, and maintained the company’s high quality standards.
