Led a marketing support department consisting of four rotational managers and three administrative assistants. Collaborated with the in-line marketing teams to develop key marketing strategies and tactics designed to maximize sales opportunities for key promoted products in the hospital setting. Maximized sales opportunities by determining and monitoring the promotional needs of the hospital sales force prior and during a POA.
