Daily Duties at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals:
Coordinated and led all aspects of sales training activities, aligned with the adult learning principles, covering seven specialty sales forces spanning seven therapeutic categories: Oncology, Hemophilia, Vaccines, Infectious Disease, Transplant, Osteoarthritis and Rheumatology. Facilitated business planning meetings for developing sales training programs with the Learning Performance Group, Executive and Field Based Sales Management, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory. Directed the development of the core learning systems, sales training curriculum and training materials for new product launches, POAs, and advanced sales training. Supervised area field trainers, two full - time rotational sales training managers and an associate director of sales training responsible for field, classroom, and remote sales training.
