Daily Duties at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals:
Managing nine Oncology Specialty Representatives in the Northeast with sales responsibility and direct ordering capabilities for two targeted treatments for oncology. Inspired and led a collaborative sales team that formulated and executed product specific strategies to drive sales growth and market share in the key academic medical centers, regional and community hospitals, comprehensive cancer centers, and community based hematology -oncology practices. Frequently conducted weekly field visits with representative to assess skills and productivity, and when necessary, mentoring and coaching in areas of account management, strategic analysis, reimbursement, selling skills, disease states, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
