Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Managed portfolio of IT implementation and software development projects driving HP’s IT transformation activities. Responsible for fiscal year portfolio planning activities. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the strategic direction of the programs through cooperation and interaction with various product generating organizations. Managed and mentored a team of project managers. Successfully established best practice project management methodologies (HP’s SDLC and Scrum) in support of the programs objectives. Established program governance to ensure program alignment with IT and product development priorities. Successfully transitioned the Defect Tracking and Case management program into a pan-HP wide program featuring HP Quality Center. Instituted a pan-HP program for Requirements Management featuring HP Quality Center and Borland Caliber RM. Managed worldwide teams from Europe, Mexico, India, and China.
