Gathered requirements, designed and configured new Engineering Change Order process that leveraged standard SAP Quality Management Module. Enhanced custom SAPScript layout to support a logo and additional fields. Provided Functional and Technical Production Support of Modules MM, FI, CO, PS, SD, QM and PP. Support included troubleshooting standard SAP as well as custom programs.
