Responsible for the overall human resources functions for a A 75,000 sq. ft. circuit breakers manufacturing facility with 535 employees. The functions include employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, organizational development & training, EEO & AAP programs, community relations, high involvement teams, health & safety, security, dispensary and payroll.
