Daily Duties at Robert Bosch Llc:
Responsible for organizing and participating in problem-solving activities at multi-plant locations. Championed internal audits and gap analysis activities. Trained and mentored quality staff including quality engineers and inspectors in US, Mexico, Brazil, China and led interfacing activities with customers including Ford, GM, Chrysler, Mercedes, Honda and Toyota. In addition: § Worked actively in manufacturing facilities of Mexico to improve error-proofing systems leading to customer issues resolutions § Led PFMEA, DFMEA, CP reviews and risk reduction activities § Championed lessons learned reviews to conduct read-across activities to increase standardization of assembly processes avoiding reoccurrence of quality concerns § Led problem solving teams using various techniques to determine root causes and implement corrective actions resulting in faster and more accurate analysis to customers § Fostered close customer relations to reduce the impact of issues severity as viewed by customers § Led PPM negotiations and resolutions § Supported launch of new products into customer facilities including active participation in cross functional teams § Coached and guided quality staff activities regarding Ford Q1 attainment for plants in Mexico
