Daily Duties at Northwestern Mutual :
• Responsible for providing pro-active service to 150 high net worth retail investment clients- with assets in excess of 180M as of July, 2008. Managed day-to-day operations, client satisfaction, revenue generation, securities trades, administration, delivery of semi-annual client reviews, prospect meetings, and execution of new account applications and documentation. Managed staff of 3 directs, retention rate of 90%.
