Daily Duties at Solutions Network, Inc:

•Organized and built a new team consisting of employees and consultants. The team designed and development a GUI-based Internet product that broke new ground and began the Internet enablement of antiquated green screen flagship business system. Duties included resource management of employees and contractors, contract negotiations, time-line management, client requirements management. Result: A prototype product was created that was very successful. The final step was to move the product to a mainstream product that was supported by employees. This was completed and the product and team are still in place today. •Managed the development of a customized electronic claims possessing system used to process claims for a large healthcare insurance organization. Duties included the overall time-line management and assuring that deadlines were met that had been contractually obligated to the insurance company’s clients. Cost tracking, forecasting, issues resolution and the overall communication of the project status to executive management team was also done. Result: Product was highly successful and has made millions of dollars for the company.
