Daily Duties at Intelli Tech, Inc. :
Managed day to day activities of all consultants in the organization. Senior Project Manger at NationTax On-line •Project managed, analyzed and recommended the re-engineering of the backend process of a system that would allow it to scale from a one location product to a fifty location product. Built a team to create the new processes and project managed the transition of the old system to the new system and process. Result: Operations that used to run 8 hours would run in 30 minutes thereby allowing the system to scale. Migrated out of the project by training internal resources.
