Daily Duties at P & K Construction :
Founded and developed framing company, big jobs, made estimates and controlled inventory. Managed up to 30 personnel and served as subcontractor liaison. Controlled projects up to $1,000,000. In the field daily working on and supervising up to 10 houses or commercial projects weekly. Projects included single-family homes, restaurants and multifamily residences including townhouses, condos and apartment buildings.
